Corporate Parts Manager

We are looking for a parts leader to drive revenue growth, improve inventory management, strengthen pricing and margin control, and optimize supplier relationships across our branch network. This role turns our corporate parts strategy into consistent execution and measurable results.

How You'll Make an Impact Here:

• Grow Parts Revenue: Identify and execute opportunities to increase parts sales across the company, including new revenue channels and our online parts strategy.
• Own Inventory Performance: Lead the corporate purchasing and inventory strategy, improve the stock order process, and ensure branches have the right parts at the right levels.
• Protect & Improve Margins: Review procurement costs, pricing, promotions, price increases, consumables, and SKU requirements to identify opportunities to improve gross margins.
• Manage Returns & Recoveries: Strengthen processes for parts returns, warranty claims, core charge recovery, and other areas that directly protect parts profitability.
• Strengthen Supplier Relationships: Manage OEM and non-OEM supplier relationships, negotiate opportunities, and leverage company buying power to improve cost and availability.
• Turn Data into Action: Use historical performance, market trends, inventory data, and KPIs to identify issues, set priorities, and drive measurable improvements.
• Execute Across the Network: Work closely with Operations Managers, Parts teams, Marketing, Pricing, Sales Management, and Vendor Management to implement changes accurately and consistently.
• Improve Customer Experience: Partner with branches to remove barriers, improve parts availability and processes, and deliver stronger customer experience.
• Lead & Develop: Coach and mentor team members while supporting performance, development, staffing, and a positive, productive work environment.
