The Operations Specialist serves as a key contributor to the B2B Center Operations team supporting Champions, a division of KinderCare Learning Companies. Champions partners with school districts and community organizations nationwide to provide high-quality early childhood education and care for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years.
In this role, you will provide operational support to field and business teams by coordinating initiatives, maintaining business processes, analyzing operational data, and assisting with the execution of key programs and projects. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure operational activities are organized, communicated, and completed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Support operational initiatives and business priorities by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and helping ensure timely execution of projects and programs
• Partner with field leaders and cross-functional teams to gather information, communicate updates, and support operational needs
• Assist in monitoring key business metrics, enrollment trends, and operational performance through reporting and data analysis
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and summaries that help inform business decisions and operational planning
• Coordinate meetings, working sessions, and follow-up activities, including documenting action items and tracking completion; assist with project planning activities, including timeline management, task tracking, and status reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation, process guides, and operational resources for team use
• Support the rollout and adoption of business initiatives by assisting with communication, training coordination, and change management activities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management, communications, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business support, administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with data and using information to identify trends and support decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective working relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new systems, processes, and business functions
