Your Role

We are growing our sales team and hire several Sales Development Representatives. As an SDR, you start the first conversation with new customers. You find the right companies and people, and you book qualified meetings for our Account Executives. You work with modern tools and AI to do outbound at scale. You report to the CEO.
What you will do

• Research target accounts in automotive, rail, healthcare, insurance and industrial software.
• Find and qualify decision makers in QA, test and engineering teams.
• Run outbound campaigns with phone calls, email and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified meetings and demos for our Account Executives.
• Follow up on inbound leads, webinar attendees and trade fair contacts.
• Keep the CRM clean and up to date.
• Test new messages and channels, and share what works with the team.

Your Profile

• First experience in B2B sales, SDR, BDR or customer facing roles. Graduates with a strong drive are also welcome.
• Interest in software, test automation and AI.
• You are not afraid of the phone. You like to talk to new people every day.
• You write short and clear emails.
• You are organized and you track your own numbers.
• You speak fluent German and English.
• Experience with tools such as lemlist, CloudTalk, Lusha or a CRM is a plus.

Our Offer

• Base salary of 40,000 EUR to 50,000 EUR per year, based on your experience, plus a variable bonus.
