Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. Situated at the heart of the Cotai Strip, the hotel provides an elegant oasis with elite entertainment, high-end shopping, world-class dining, and the indulgent pampering that defines Four Seasons.

About the role: 

The F&B Captain is responsible for serving guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.

 

What you will do: 

• Manage the daily operations of the outlet to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards and aim at satisfying and exceeding guests expectations.
• Assign duties to reporting subordinates and constantly inspect all areas to ensure all guest service areas as well as supporting areas are cleaned and completed.
• Handle guests in the event of complaint in accordance to establish procedures and report to supervisor on duty without delay for handling.
• Supervise, manage and maintain both front and back of the house area to ensure that it is up to standard.
• Supervise and ensure all opening and/or closing side duties are handled according to established procedures and standards.

 

What you bring:  

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Cantonese, Mandarin and English language.

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task.

• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset.
