POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient dental practice focused on bread and butter dentistry
• Perform exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions
• High-volume Medicaid-focused patient population
• Strong clinical support and established workflows
• No cosmetic dentistry pressure
• Clinical autonomy with experienced dental leadership support
COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $170,000 - $210,000
• Productivity Bonus Structure
• NHSC Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Up to $50,000
• 401(k) with 3% Employer Match
• Malpractice Coverage Included
SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday Schedule
• 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• No Traditional Call Schedule
• Predictable 8-Hour Workdays
ROLE
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
• Perform examinations, restorative care, and extractions
• Treat both adult and pediatric patients
• Deliver patient-centered care in an underserved community
• Maintain quality clinical documentation
• Collaborate with dental support staff and leadership

Requirements
• DDS or DMD Degree REQUIRED
• Active Florida Dental License or Ability To Obtain REQUIRED
• Comfortable Treating Adult And Pediatric Patients REQUIRED
• Strong General Dentistry Skills REQUIRED
• Ability To Work In A High-Volume Environment REQUIRED
• Commitment To Serving Underserved Communities REQUIRED
• Strong Teamwork And Communication Skills REQUIRED
