Hudson’s Restaurant & Catering is seeking friendly, motivated Servers to join our team for our popular themed pop-ups—Nightmare Before Blitzen’s and Blitzen’s Christmas Bar—as well as regular restaurant service.
About Us
Hudson’s Restaurant & Catering is a family-owned and operated restaurant known for chef-driven cuisine and outstanding hospitality. For over 19 years, owners JJ and Kevin Altomare, graduates of The Culinary Institute of America, have been serving the Hudson community with passion and creativity. We offer lunch and dinner six days a week, plus Saturday brunch, and delight guests with seasonal pop-up events that combine great food, drinks, and festive fun.
Your Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and prepare tables with attention to cleanliness and order
- Present menus and help guests select food and beverages
- Take and serve orders efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle payments and process bills
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and positivity
- Create a welcoming environment that encourages guests to return
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of serving experience preferred
- Weekend availability required
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18+ years old to serve alcohol (State of Ohio requirement)
- Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
- Responsible, trustworthy, and team-oriented
- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
- High school diploma or equivalent; food safety certification a plus

Hudson's Restaurant and Catering is a family owned and operated restaurant. The owners are brothers, JJ and Kevin Altomare graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and have been creating memorable dishes and experiences together for the past 19 years in Northeast Ohio. We currently offer lunch and dinner 6 days per week, as well as brunch on Saturdays. We also have created pop up bars for Halloween, Christmas and St. Patrick's ! Nightmare Before Blitzen's, Blitzen's and O'Blitzen's. We love creating and sharing special menus, drinks and experiences with our guests!
