Responsibilities
Housekeeper/Room Attendant - Icon at Ross Apartment Homes (a premier class A 372-unit mid-rise community located between Uptown Dallas, Deep Ellum, and the Dallas Arts District neighborhoods) – Dallas, TX

As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for:
- Performing vacant cleans as scheduled
- Performing cleaning services as scheduled
- Maintaining cleanliness of laundry rooms, warehouse, and any additional common areas as directed by Supervisor
- Performing cleaning of the office
- Reporting service requests needed on apartments
- Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and housewares
- Maintaining proper utility settings in vacant units per community standards
- Performing all other duties logged on the make ready board
- Delivering of envelopes, receipts and special request items as necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0 to 1 years of practical experience with demonstration of required skills as a housekeeper
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry working as a housekeeper, room attendant, or house attendant is a plus

Pay Range: $13.46 - $15.15 per hour
This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for as listed above, such as commissions or bonuses.
