Overview
As a Cost Management Director at Turner & Townsend, you'll lead complex data center construction projects and serve as the primary client interface. You'll be responsible for pre-contract cost planning and estimating, post-contract commercial management, procurement processes, change control, and value engineering initiatives. The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management, with minimum 10 years of cost management experience on large, complex construction projects. You'll lead cost management teams, produce monthly cost reports for clients, and identify business development opportunities. German language skills are preferred, and English is required. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful global projects in partnership with CBRE Group.
