The role involves maintenance, care, and repair of machines and vehicles, procurement and management of spare parts and small equipment, documentation of work processes, and quality control. Candidates must have completed training as agricultural or construction machinery mechanics or automotive mechanics, several years of professional experience in construction machine maintenance, independent and structured work approach, teamwork skills, and responsibility. Knowledge of common workshop software is advantageous. ## Aufgaben
- Wartung, Pflege und Reparatur unseres Maschinen- und Fahrzeugparks
- Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen sowie Kleingeräten
- Dokumentation der Arbeitsprozesse und Qualitätskontrolle
- Enge Abstimmung mit den Einsatzleitern und dem Fuhrparkmanagement
## Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Land- oder Baumaschinenmechaniker bzw. Kfz-Mechaniker
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Baumaschinen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kenntnisse in gängiger Werkstattsoftware von Vorteil
