AMFT Supervisor (PT) In-person preferred.

About the Job/Job type:
- Part Time ( 5-10 hours a week with potential of more).
- Full Intake Department to support clinical administrative needs.
- Internal Billing Department.
- Easy-to-use electronic health records program.
- Clinical support, collaboration, and education.
- Training and a mentorship program.

- Collaboration with Children's Healthcare Group, UC university, and WAVE Therapy.
- LMFT licensed requirements.
Salary:
- $100/hr per supervisee (for individual supervision).
- $75/hr for 2 hours ($150 total) for group supervision.
- $40 for non supervisor meetings
Responsibilities:
- Provide caring, compassionate, quality therapy to clients.
- Leadership.
- Scheduling supervision hours and overseeing associates.
- Support associates with Timely completion of progress notes, initial assessments, treatment plans, charge forms, and other case records. (electronic, simple, fast, and easy to use).
- Attend weekly consultation groups/staff meetings.
Requirements:
- LMFT licensed 2 years to practice in the state of California.
- Leadership experience.
- Experience in private practice is preferred but not required. If you have the clinical skills we will teach you what you need to know to be successful in a private practice setting.
- Compassion, communication skills, and the desire to work as a member of a team.
- Attend a paid weekly staff meetings (Wednesdays from 12:00 to 2:00 pm) with a collaborative group for supervision, consultation, education, and training.
