Recruiter/HR Generalist

Description

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple departments, with a strong focus on high-level sales professionals and hard-to-find candidates. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms. 
• Identify and engage passive candidates through direct outreach and relationship building. 
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance. 
• Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate evaluations. 
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams. 
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract high-performing candidates. 
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system. 
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruiting plans. 
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives as needed. 
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred. 
• Experience recruiting sales professionals, in-home sales representatives, or commission-based roles is highly preferred. 
• Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Facebook, and other recruiting tools. 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. 
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset. 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred. 

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting high-performing sales professionals. 
• Recruiting for roofing, construction, home services, or related industries. 
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines. 
• ATS and CRM experience.
