Our client, a leading operator of luxury multifamily communities in Northern New Jersey, is actively hiring onsite property management professionals to support a portfolio of high-end residential assets. Communities range from 250 to 640+ units and are located in premier markets including Hackensack, Edgewater, and Lodi.

These are resident-facing, operations-focused roles within amenity-rich, high-touch environments that emphasize exceptional service, strong team collaboration, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience by managing inquiries, concerns, and service requests with professionalism and urgency
• Oversee resident relations, including conflict resolution and ongoing communication
• Manage delinquency, collections, and legal processes, including reporting and follow-up
• Process rent payments, financial documentation, and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate lease renewals, transfers, move-ins/move-outs, and notice-to-vacate processes
• Prepare move-out statements and handle resident follow-up questions
• Issue and track lease violations and ensure compliance with community policies
• Support leasing efforts, including prospect follow-up, application processing, and walk-in traffic
• Verify applications and landlord references to ensure timely approvals
• Assist with marketing efforts, including market surveys and advertising reviews
• Coordinate resident communications (email, text, community updates) and support retention initiatives
• Contribute to community events and engagement programs

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in multifamily property management, preferably in luxury or high-touch communities
• Strong background in leasing, resident relations, collections, or property operations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a resident-first mindset
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with onsite teams
• Professional, adaptable, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Demonstrated career stability and growth in previous roles
