主な業務内容：

• 拠点戦略に沿った継続的改善戦略の策定および実行

• 部門横断的な改善プロジェクトのリードおよび管理

• 改善プロジェクトリストの策定および安全性・品質・コスト・納期への影響評価

• 業務効率化に向けたプロセス・システム・ツールの導入

• 戦略的プロジェクトの推進および成果の創出

• 組織全体のLean成熟度向上および変革推進

• トレーニングやワークショップを通じた人材育成

応募要件：

• 継続的改善志向（Lean Six Sigma資格があれば尚可）

• ５年以上の化学系/技術系 エンジニアとしての実務経験

• 大学卒以上

• 問題解決力・分析力・プロジェクトマネジメント能力

• 高い主体性と自律的に業務を遂行できる能力

• 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力、および英語での会議対応力

• GMP、FDA、ISO規格および統計手法に関する知識・経験

Operational Excellence Leader
Location: Sagamihara
 

In this role, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, quality, and productivity, contributing to the promotion of operational excellence and organizational transformation across the site.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies aligned with site strategy

• Lead and manage cross-functional improvement projects

• Development of a list of improvement projects and assessment of their impact on safety, quality, cost, and delivery

• Introduce processes, systems, and tools to improve operational efficiency

• Drive strategic projects and deliver measurable results

• Enhance Lean maturity and drive transformation across the organization

• Develop talent through training and workshops
   

What we are looking for:

• Strong continuous improvement mindset (Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus)

• At least 5 years of practical experience as a chemical/technical engineer

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills

• High level of ownership and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and ability to participate in meetings in English

• Knowledge and experience in GMP, FDA, ISO standards, and statistical methodologies
