Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and increase growth of the Protective and Marine Coatings business in Thailand by winning new projects, capturing market share, and expanding key accounts. You will reports directly to the PMC Business Manager SEA Export And Thailand and work in a hybrid model, based at PPG Bangkok Sales Office.

Main Responsibilities

• You will deliver double-digit growth through new business acquisition and share gain

• Build and convert a strong pipeline of high-value projects and specifications

• Reach and develop key accounts (shipowners, shipyards, EPCs, asset owners, contractors)

• You will challenge status quo and identify new market opportunities and segments

• Drive disciplined forecasting, pipeline management through Salesforce utilization, and execution for PMC Thailand

• You will work cross-functionally to ensure flawless

Success Measures

• Revenue growth, margin expansion and payment collection

• You will be recognized for new wins, project conversion rate, and share gain vs competitors

• Strength and quality of pipeline in Salesforce

Qualifications

• Strong hunter mindset with proven track record in winning projects

• Sales experience in any of the following sub-segments – Marine, Oil & Gas, or related industries

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

• Technical background or experience in coatings/application

• Highly commercial, competitive, and results-driven

• You excel in negotiation and stakeholder management skills
