Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Sales Executive to lead strategic conversations with law firms navigating modernization and operational challenges. You'll combine deep legal market knowledge with consultative selling to help C-suite executives and functional leaders see how our innovations address their real pain points. Your ability to develop proof points, build evaluation frameworks, and translate product capabilities into business impact will be critical to advancing complex deals with top-tier firms.

Where You’ll Work

While your primary work location will be your registered home address, you are required to be available for in-person attendance at strategic meetings, client visits, conferences, and team events for a minimum of 6 days per month. Travel expenses associated with these requirements will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy. Your hybrid employment is designated as "Modified."

This role requires more than product knowledge. It requires enough understanding of how law firms operate, how attorneys work, and where the real friction lives to have a conversation that feels less like a sales call and more like a trusted perspective.

 

What You'll Deliver

  • Partner with account executives to build value narratives that connect product capability to what each stakeholder cares about
  • Lead business value conversations with C-suite executives, functional leaders, and end-user advocates
  • Shape and drive evaluation frameworks and Proof of Concepts with clear success criteria
  • Build and maintain a library of customer proof points and win stories the broader team can draw from

 

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in legal, whether in practice or in legal technology, with familiarity with transactional and drafting workflows
  • Enough context to have credible conversations about how attorneys work and where technology creates real leverage
  • A track record of earning credibility with senior leaders and C-suite executives
  • Strong operating discipline across multiple active opportunities
  • Genuine curiosity about how your customers' businesses actually work

Pay Transparency for California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, and Washington Applicants:

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000 USD . Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to earn commission based on performance.

 

In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.

 

Pay Transparency for Ontario Applicants:

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,800 CAD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to earn commission based on performance.
