Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
- Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
- Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
- Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
- Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool
