Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Emergency Medicine Physician in Marshall, Missouri.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Hospital-based Emergency Medicine role within established emergency department environment
• Opportunity focused on evaluating, diagnosing, stabilizing, and treating acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborative emergency department structure with strong physician and clinical support staff
• Mostly daytime schedule with occasional night coverage
• Stable hospital environment with consistent scheduling structure

COMPENSATION
• $225 per hour
• Potential sign-on bonus available
• Relocation assistance potential

SCHEDULE
• Full-time equals 14 shifts monthly
• Primarily 7:00 AM-7:00 PM schedule
• Occasional night shifts required

ROLE
• Evaluate and manage emergent and acute patient presentations
• Stabilize critical patients and initiate treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Perform emergency department triage and patient management
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and support teams
• Deliver efficient emergency medical care within hospital setting

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician REQUIRED
• Active Missouri physician license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Comfortable managing acute and emergent patient cases REQUIRED
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable working within hospital-based emergency department environment REQUIRED
