Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electromecánica o afín (título profesional requerido).
Responsabilidades
Inspeccionar material de incoming y validar cumplimiento de especificaciones del producto terminado.
Coordinar auditorías de embarque y verificar integridad del material previo al envío.
Gestionar el proceso de RGA’s desde el registro hasta el cierre con análisis de causa raíz.
Emitir reclamos a proveedores y dar seguimiento a planes de acción correctiva y preventiva.
Autorizar créditos de garantía conforme a la evaluación técnica y evidencia documental.
Elaborar y presentar reportes ejecutivos de desempeño de calidad.
Monitorear indicadores clave: DPPM, Aging, costos de RGA’s y desempeño de proveedores.
Participar activamente en auditorías internas, externas y de certificación.
Mantener el cumplimiento con los procedimientos de Comercio Exterior y normativas corporativas.
Promover la cultura 5S y la seguridad operacional dentro del Almacén.
