Job Descrip,on Position: Listed Derivatives House Clearing and Reconciliation
Posi,on Overview The Listed Derivatives House Reconciliation Analyst / Senior Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end clearing and reconciliation of listed futures and options transactions across APAC, EMEA and US markets. The role covers the full trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate reconciliation between Front OfKice, Middle OfKice, Back OfKice, clearing brokers and external counterparties while maintaining a strong operational control environment.
Key Responsibili,es • Perform end-to-end House Reconciliation for Listed Derivatives transactions.
• Manage trade, position and cash reconciliation across the full trade lifecycle.
• Perform Front-to-Back (FOBO) reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks.
• Review broker conKirmations and clearer statements.
• Support listed derivatives clearing activities.
• Handle expiry management and position transfers where applicable.
• Work closely with Front OfKice, Middle OfKice, Trade Support, Treasury, Risk, Finance and IT.
• Support APAC, EMEA and/or US markets.
Required Qualifica,ons • 3–12 years of Listed Derivatives Operations experience.
• Strong background in Clearing Operations.
• Hands-on House Reconciliation experience.
• Full trade lifecycle knowledge.
• Trade, Position and Cash Reconciliation.
• Front-to-Back (FOBO) reconciliation.
• Broker conKirmation and break investigation.
• Experience supporting Asian markets.
• Knowledge of listed futures and options.
Preferred Qualifica,ons • Expiry management and position transfer experience.
• Knowledge of CME, SGX, HKEX, JPX, Eurex, ICE or OCC.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• VBA, Macro or Python is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self-driven with a proactive mindset.
