Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-energy Learning partner from the Channel / Distribution / IFA Ecosystem who thrives on the ground activating, enabling, and growing our B2B partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of business development and training, and is built for someone who loves being out there, building relationships, and making things happen. If you get a kick out of turning a passive partner into a power seller, this one's for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end activation of B2B partners from onboarding to steady-state performance.
  • Train partner teams on new products and initiatives introduced by the company, ensuring clarity, confidence, and adoption.
  • Travel regularly across geographies to conduct partner meets, workshops, and one-on-one engagement sessions.
  • Build strong working relationships with key partner stakeholders and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Track partner performance metrics and proactively identify gaps; share actionable feedback with internal product and business teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to equip partners with the right materials and messaging.
  • Drive partner engagement initiatives events, incentive programs, campaigns to keep the ecosystem active and motivated.
  • Maintain a pulse on partner sentiment and escalate or resolve issues before they become blockers.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–6 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, B2B relationship management, or a similar field-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and enable external stakeholders on products or processes.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel this is a field-heavy role and you should genuinely enjoy it.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; can hold a room, whether it's 3 people or 30.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude you don't wait to be told twice, and you figure things out.
  • Organised, data-oriented, and able to manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; regional language skills are an added advantage.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • You've built partner programs from scratch or significantly grown an existing partner network.
  • You bring infectious energy into every room — partners love working with you.
  • You're as comfortable doing a product demo as you are sitting down with a partner to understand their challenges.
  • You treat every partner relationship like it's your most important one.

Why Join Us:

You'll be joining an early-stage, fast-growing fintech startup where your work has visible, direct impact. No red tape. No waiting for approvals. Just real ownership, a great team, and the opportunity to build something that matter from Mumbai and beyond.
