ServiceNow Application Architect

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an Application Architect for a consultancy mission at a client site. The role involves developing technical solutions that align with the strategic vision of the organization while ensuring compliance with applicable domain architectures and enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of a technology directive and structure for internal application development, providing technical support and effective contributions to projects.
• Collaborate with the security architect to establish a DevSecOps environment, emphasizing secure development.
• Work with the application security architect on code reviews.
• Design and develop solutions from concept to technical design, including migration scenarios, ensuring continuity.
• Translate processes into IT solutions in line with business analyses, strategic objectives, and enterprise architecture.
• Engage with various stakeholders: project managers, product owners, architects, technical leads, and developers.
• Ensure compliance with application architecture standards: develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate.
• Present solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support implementation: oversee quality and consistency.
• Maintain documentation and project progress reports.
• Share knowledge: keep the organization informed of architectural choices and best practices.
• Contribute to the modernization of existing applications and transition to modern architectures.

Specific Tasks:

• Design the functional and technical architecture of the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) platform, considering other implemented ServiceNow applications: ITSM and HRSD.
• Define data models related to assets, buildings, spaces, contracts, suppliers, and vehicles.
• Ensure an approach compliant with the Out-Of-The-Box (OOTB) model of ServiceNow.
• Design workflows and processes related to inventories, asset movements, and Facility Management.
• Participate in analysis workshops with business stakeholders.
• Oversee security, performance, maintainability, and governance aspects.
• Contribute to migration and data recovery strategies.
• Supervise integration tests and overall solution consistency.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams.

General Technical Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years in software solution architecture.

Specific Technical Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow application architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow applications.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Human Resources Service Delivery.

Additional Assets:

• Experience in a public service is a plus.
• Certification or ongoing certification process in Workplace Service Delivery is considered an asset.

Language Skills:

• Native language: French or Dutch.
• Good knowledge of the second national language.
• Proficient in English.

Security Clearance Procedure:

The employee must be willing to undergo a security clearance procedure based on necessary access (Law of 11/12/1998).
