Job Description:
Jefe de Frente / Jefe de Pique
- El/La Jefe de Frente o Jefe de Pique es responsable de liderar, planificar, coordinar y controlar la ejecución integral de un frente de trabajo específico, asociado a piques y/o túneles en suelo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos, de seguridad, calidad, plazo, costo y productividad definidos por Ferrovial y por el contrato de obra.
- Su propósito principal es garantizar la continuidad operacional del frente, optimizando el uso de recursos humanos, equipos, materiales y subcontratos, gestionando oportunamente riesgos técnicos y operativos, y manteniendo una coordinación permanente con áreas clave como Producción, Prevención de Riesgos, Oficina Técnica, Topografía, Calidad, Medio Ambiente, RRHH, Contratos, Subcontratos, ITO y cliente.
- Dentro de sus principales responsabilidades se encuentran la dirección diaria de las actividades constructivas, el control del avance físico y rendimientos del frente, la implementación de medidas de seguridad y salud ocupacional, el aseguramiento de la calidad constructiva, la gestión de interferencias técnicas, la administración de costos y productividad, y la representación del frente en reuniones, auditorías e inspecciones.
- El cargo requiere una alta especialización técnica en obras subterráneas, túneles en suelo, excavación, sostenimiento, revestimiento, control geométrico, geotecnia aplicada, gestión de riesgos y planificación de obra, además de una sólida capacidad de liderazgo en terreno y coordinación interdisciplinaria.
Requisitos principales
- Formación: Ingeniero Civil o Constructor Civil.
- Experiencia mínima: 8 años de experiencia profesional.
- Experiencia específica: al menos 6 años en ejecución de túneles en suelo, o participación comprobable en un mínimo de 1.000 metros de túneles en suelo.
- Experiencia deseable: dirección de obras similares en complejidad técnica, idealmente proyectos de metro urbano, piques profundos, túneles carreteros u obras subterráneas.
- Conocimientos técnicos: geotecnia, excavación, sostenimiento, revestimiento, planificación, control de avance, seguridad, calidad y gestión de recursos.
- Herramientas: manejo avanzado de MS Office, ERP de construcción, deseable BIM, MS Project, Primavera y lectura de planos CAD.
- Certificaciones valoradas: prevención de riesgos, trabajos en espacios confinados, rescate subterráneo, primeros auxilios y cursos especializados en obras subterráneas.
