Senior Process Engineer Validation

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Überprüfung und Durchführung von Validierungsdokumentationen (IQ, OQ, PQ) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitätssicherung und Produktion, um robuste und regelkonforme Validierungsaktivitäten sicherzustellen.
• Verantwortlich dafür, dass alle Prozessvalidierungsaktivitäten im Einklang mit dem Qualitätsmanagementsystem (QMS), den geltenden regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie internen Verfahren durchgeführt werden.
• Verantwortung für die Bewertung und Genehmigung von Änderungsanträgen im Hinblick auf Validierungsauswirkungen, um sicherzustellen, dass der Status der Prozessvalidierung korrekt und aktuell bleibt.
• Unterstützung der Life-Cycle-Aktivitäten für Anlagen und Erstellung der entsprechenden Stilllegungsdokumenten
• Durchführung von statistischen Auswertung mit Hilfe von Statistiksoftware wie z.B Minitab
• Aktive Unterstützung und Mitwirkung bei NPI‑Projekten (New Product Introduction) über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg sowie Vorbereitung und Begleitung interner und externer Audits (z. B. Behörden- und Kundenaudits).
• Unterstützung bei der Erreichung der wichtigsten Geschäftskennzahlen durch die Bereitstellung von technischer Unterstützung für die Wertstromprozesse
• Kostenmanagement durch die Durchführung von Projekten in den Bereichen Ausschuss, Wiederaufbereitung und Verbrauchsmaterialien
• Aktive Förderung einer Sicherheitskultur

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossene Bachelor und/oder Masterstudium in einem relevanten ingenieur- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Fachgebiet oder eine gleichwertige Kombination aus Ausbildung und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Medizintechnik oder in einer vergleichbar stark regulierten Industrie (z. B. Pharma, Biotechnologie).
• Zertifizierung in Lean Six Sigma erwünscht
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
• Umfassende Erfahrung in Validierungsmethoden sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in statistischen Analysetools und -methoden zur Datenauswertung und Prozessoptimierung.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich

Senior Process Engineer Validation

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation, review, and execution of validation documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ) in close collaboration with Quality Assurance and Production to ensure robust and compliant validation activities.
• Ensure that all process validation activities are conducted in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS), applicable regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
• Responsible for the evaluation and approval of change requests with respect to validation impact, ensuring that the process validation status remains accurate and up to date.
• Support lifecycle activities for equipment, including the preparation of corresponding decommissioning documentation.
• Perform statistical analyses using statistical software such as Minitab.
• Actively support and contribute to NPI (New Product Introduction) projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, as well as prepare for and participate in internal and external audits (e.g., regulatory and customer audits).
• Support the achievement of key business metrics by providing technical support to value stream processes.
• Manage costs by leading and executing projects in the areas of scrap reduction, rework, and consumables.
• Actively promote and foster a strong safety culture.

Your Profile:

• Completed Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or scientific field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device industry or in a similarly highly regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, biotechnology).
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Extensive experience in validation methodologies, as well as solid knowledge of statistical analysis tools and methods for data evaluation and process optimization.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
