As aĀ Patient Access Representative (PAR), you play a vital role in creating a smooth, supportive experience for patients and families from the moment they connect with us. Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in person and by phoneĀ Ā
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient services accurately and efficientlyĀ Ā
Register patients and update demographic, insurance, and guarantor informationĀ Ā
Verify insurance eligibility and collect required documentationĀ Ā
Support admissions, transfers, discharges, and bed placement processes as neededĀ Ā
Explain financial responsibilities, collect payments, and connect patients with financial assistance resourcesĀ Ā
Answer calls and direct patients to the appropriate departments and servicesĀ Ā
Collaborate with clinical and support teams to help ensure a seamless patient experienceĀ Ā

š Minimum RequirementĀ
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)Ā Ā
2 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience preferredĀ Ā
