The Role
As a Distribution warehouse operator, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Working within a supportive team, you’ll play a key part in handling stock, fulfilling orders, and ensuring products are delivered on time while maintaining high safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
Our Salisbury site in Adelaide’s northern suburbs manufactures a range of more than 78 milk and milk-based products. This site is a combined production and distribution facility producing well-known brands such as Pura, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Feel Good; and distributes across predominantly SA and NT, but also NSW and VIC.
The successful candidates must be flexible and willing to work afternoon and night shifts across a Sunday to Friday roster.
Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts and equipment, prioritising wellbeing and following site safety and quality procedures
Load and unload trucks, trailers, and inbound deliveries, including refrigerated freight
Pick, stage, and rotate stock accurately to support timely customer deliveries
Maintain clean, organised warehouse and cool room environments in line with hygiene standards
Communicate openly with team members and partners, raising any hazards or concerns promptly
About you
Hold a valid forklift licence with at least 12 months’ warehouse or logistics experience
Care about safety, teamwork, and doing things the right way
Communicate openly and collaborate well with others.
Comfortable using basic technology such as scanners, tablets, Excel, or Outlook
Bring a proactive mindset with willingness to learn and support continuous improvement
