Your Impact
Join Almirall at an exciting time of growth. As QA Director Reinbek, you will lead the local Quality Assurance organisation for our pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Reinbek and play a key role in ensuring sustainable GMP compliance, operational excellence, and a modern, future-ready Quality Management System. You will be part of Almirall’s global Quality organisation, deploying corporate standards locally while helping shape the renewal of our QMS and quality culture.
Your Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of nine QA professionals at the Reinbek site
Ensure robust GMP compliance, inspection readiness, and high-quality execution across site operations
Deploy global Quality standards and support the renewal, simplification, and continuous improvement of the Almirall QMS
Drive quality governance, quality culture, deviation management, CAPA effectiveness, validation oversight, and product quality reviews
Partner with Site Leadership, Corporate Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to enable business performance while protecting patients and product quality
Execute digital quality projects in line with Almirall’s digitalisation roadmap, using data and technology to improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making
Provide quality oversight of suppliers, service providers, and external partners where relevant
What You Bring
Strong leadership experience in Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Solid knowledge of EU-GMP, Quality Management Systems, and regulatory expectations
A critical thinker with sound judgement, high ownership, and a strong business mindset
Proven ability to lead change, simplify processes, and drive digital or continuous improvement initiatives
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across local and global teams
Fluency in German and English (Spanish is a benefit)
Qualified Person qualification is a clear advantage, but not a requirement
