As a IT Intern, you will join a renowned company, working on transforming data into actionable business insights. This role contributes to business understanding, opportunity identification, reporting, and data storytelling, helping the organization make better and faster decisions through structured analysis and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support  projects by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to answer relevant business questions.
• Partner with the team to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that can inform business strategies and action plans.
• Analyze data sets using Excel and other available tools to identify patterns, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, clarify requirements, and communicate insights in a simple and effective way.
• Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies.
• Assist in ad hoc analyses, reporting improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance data quality, efficiency, and decision-making.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a student who:

• Is an active undergraduate student with 12-24 months left to graduate.
• Currently enrolled in a BS degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field.

Hard Skills:

• Solid understanding of Python, SQL, and foundational data engineering concepts (ETL, data modeling, pipeline design
• Strong analytical capacity, critical thinking, and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written in Spanish and English.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate strong discipline in self-organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment
• Is comfortable collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences.
• Shows strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional.
