Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with diverse stakeholders to provide expert consulting on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes evaluating various platform options, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, and uncovering value levers to enhance business outcomes. You will also focus on developing and deploying innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and market trends. Collaboration and strategic thinking are central to driving impactful technology decisions throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise platform architectures and integration strategies.
- Experience in advising on technology cost optimization and value realization.
- Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on complex transformation projects.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
