The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Sales Representative, Lifestyle to join our team in Italy.
In this role, you will have an overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and performance of an assigned customer portfolio for a medium-impact client base in any size cluster/geographical area.
You will be working closely with diverse stakeholders; therefore, the role offers a wide range of opportunities to widen your knowledge and experience and is a perfect step to successful career development.

Key responsibilities:
Manage assigned customers and budget base; pursues and secure business in line with the business objectives
Probe and identify customer needs and provides solutions
Build a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base
Communicate significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts
Research and understand the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers
Research and analyse competitive and industry trends
Ensure customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality
We are looking for:
A dynamic Sales professional with experience in field sales or supporting the sales team; ideally your experience comes from the shipping industry
Ability to communicate effectively, network, engage and manage stakeholders
Customer-centricity – customer needs are at the heart of your work
Fluency in English and Italian
A confident MS Office user
University degree (Economics, Logistics or related) or equivalent experience in sales
