Job Description:
Project Manager
Do you enjoy bringing organization to complex projects and helping teams stay connected and on track? Are you energized by coordinating multiple workstreams, solving operational challenges and supporting successful client programs?
As a Project Manager at Zeno, you will partner with client teams, finance and agency specialists to support integrated communications programs across a variety of clients. You will help coordinate project timelines, budgets and workflows while ensuring teams have the information and resources they need to deliver great work.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, attention to detail, collaboration and continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to build project management expertise, strengthen agency operations and contribute to successful client programs across multiple disciplines.
About the Role:
- Project Coordination & Delivery: Support the day-to-day management of client programs by coordinating timelines, deliverables and project workflows to help ensure work is delivered on schedule.
- Budget & Scope Support: Assist with statements of work (SOWs), budget tracking, forecasting and scope management while helping identify potential project risks or changes.
- Program Planning & Workflow Coordination: Develop project timelines, maintain work plans and help coordinate priorities across client teams and specialty practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with client teams, finance, resource management and agency specialists to facilitate communication, coordinate deliverables and support integrated programs.
- Operations & Process Support: Help maintain project templates, documentation and workflows while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and team collaboration.
- Team Support & Professional Growth: Build project management skills by working closely with experienced team members, contributing ideas and supporting a collaborative environment where people can learn and grow.
About You:
- 3+ years of project management, account operations or agency experience within a public relations, advertising, digital, marketing or related environment.
- Experience coordinating projects, timelines and deliverables across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with developing budgets, statements of work (SOWs) and project tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to keep teams informed and aligned.
- Ability to organize complex information into clear project plans and actionable next steps.
- Curiosity about improving workflows and supporting operational excellence.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, ask questions and contribute ideas.
- A healthy sense of humor and the ability to remain calm, cool, and collected
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting integrated communications or marketing programs.
- Familiarity with agency financial processes or resource planning.
- Experience using project management or workflow management platforms.
Pay Range: $65,000 -$75,000 USD/yr.
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
