Job Description
Design end-to-end solution architecture for specific business initiatives, use cases, or squads to ensure solutions meet business and system requirements.
Translate business and functional requirements into solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and technology standards.
Define application, integration, and data flow architecture to support scalability, maintainability, performance, and operational efficiency.
Evaluate solution options, identify technical risks and dependencies, and recommend appropriate architecture approaches to support business outcomes.
Provide architecture guidance and support throughout the solution delivery lifecycle, ensuring compliance with architecture principles, security standards, and governance requirements.
Review solution designs and implementation approaches to ensure quality, consistency, integration readiness, and successful delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
At least 6 years of experience in Solution Architecture, System Design, Software Engineering, System Integration, or related technology roles.
Experience in designing end-to-end solutions across application, data, and integration domains, with strong solution design and system integration capabilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.
Prior experience or business knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Lending, Collection & Recovery, Wealth Management, Digital Platforms, or enterprise platform implementation will be highly advantageous
