Summary

You will create technical documentation such as user manuals, technical service instructions, labels, and label plans for product modification and product maintenance.
 

Project-related tasks:

• Creating labels and label plans for medical devices and accessories.

• Editing short instructions, user manuals, and service manuals in all languages.

• Archiving documents in both paper and electronic form.

• Coordination between suppliers and production.

• Development and implementation of application-oriented presentations of complex technical content.

• Independent and timely coordination with development and product management.

• Gathering the necessary information for documentation creation

• Coordination of the translation of technical documentation.

• Scheduling of translations.

General Department tasks:

• Support (contact person) for departments: Purchasing / Production / Quality Management / Regulatory Affairs / Key Account and Product Management.

• Processing and responding to inquiries and general tasks in the technical editorial department.

• Supervision of student interns.

Other Department tasks:

• Introduction of new tools or AI improvements and automation.

• Initiating and actively participating in synchronization process measures.

• Active participation in the innovation process.

• Strict compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations, and implementation of instructions from quality/environmental management representatives and occupational safety specialists.

Your Experience and Skills:

• Min. 2-3 years of experience with technical writing / documentation creating.

• Advanced written and verbal English skills (min. B2). German / Czech is a big plus.

• Previous experience with content management system is a big advantage.

• Desktop publishing or graphical tools are an advantage (Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, ...).

• Interest in AI adoption and automation is a plus.

• Pro-active and open-minded personality with drive to learn new things.

• Attention to details and communicative and team-oriented personality.

• Educational bacgkround in technical writting / translation / technical field. University degree is an advantage.

• Eligible to work legally in Czech republic.
