Description
Penbrothers is an HR & remote talent management partner and one of the fastest-growing companies in the Philippines. We provide talented Filipinos with global opportunities in high-growth startups and dynamic companies, from the comfort of their own homes.
The Data Governance and Risk Lead role is part of the Transformation Team, which forms part of the wider Operations division. Penbrothers has recently embarked on a holistic governance and risk uplift programme which has created the foundations for uplifting our practices and taking steps towards proactively managing our risk environment, governing AI and leveraging data as an asset. This transformation involved the development of Governance and Risk Frameworks, a suite of governance policies, the establishment of forums and meetings to support governance and the scoping of several areas for growth and uplift.
