Build, configure, and test packaged software and Software as a Service products.
Develop and test new components or enhancements to improve functionality.
Utilize declarative features to develop functionality where applicable.
Provide primary support for application releases into production, including deployment planning and scheduling.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce Administration.
Intermediate proficiency in ITIL Incident Management.
A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Intermediate proficiency in Amdocs CRM.
Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Advanced proficiency in problem solving.
Intermediate proficiency in communication skills.
