G19 - Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for to support procurement activities while ensuring compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and governance standards. The successful candidate will manage procurement processes, prepare procurement documentation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver quality procurement outcomes aligned with organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with organisational procurement policies, regulations, and guidelines.
• Uphold procurement governance and ensure compliance throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including procurement planning, sourcing, evaluation, and contract award processes.
• Prepare, review, and maintain procurement documentation, including Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Approval of Requirement (AOR), evaluation reports, and other procurement-related documents.
• Monitor procurement progress and provide regular updates and reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
• Perform other procurement-related duties and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Experience managing the full procurement lifecycle, including procurement planning, sourcing, and evaluation.
• Good understanding of procurement policies, frameworks, and best practices. Familiarity with procurement platforms and processes will be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing procurement documentation and meeting minutes.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through to completion.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
