  • Support the implementation of sustainable and scalable processes to enable long-term operational success.

Governance and Project Management

  • Apply established project management methodologies and reporting tools to provide timely, transparent visibility of status across relevant organisational levels.
  • Set up regular team meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, track actions, and maintain alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team activities to deliver agreed objectives on time, within budget, and in a compliant and reliable manner.
  • Maintain key project documents, presentations, trackers, and data so they remain accurate, accessible, and up to date.

Risk, Compliance and Leadership

  • Identify programme interdependencies, risks, and issues, and escalate them in a timely manner.
  • Support the development and execution of mitigation and contingency plans to protect programme delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, business understanding, and stakeholder management skills to drive progress against agreed objectives.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, policies, and compliance requirements, always maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
