Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers. Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood, Kuala Lumpur’s thriving business and financial district. The Hotel is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur.

The latest addition to the city’s dramatic skyline and a vibrant hub for both business and leisure travelers, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be conveniently located in close proximity to the city’s major attractions, including the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). F&B Server – Room Service

The F&B Server – Room Service is responsible for delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and personalized food and beverage service. This role ensures guest orders are delivered accurately, presented to the highest standards, and served with warmth and professionalism. Working closely with the In-Room Dining, Culinary, and Stewarding teams, the F&B Server contributes to creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining the luxury service standards of Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established service standards.

• Set up, present, and clear in-room dining orders professionally while maintaining attention to detail.

• Ensure all food and beverage items are delivered at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and complete accompaniments.

• Confirm guest orders upon delivery and respond promptly to additional requests or special requirements.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of in-room dining menus, daily specials, beverage offerings, and promotions.

• Coordinate closely with the Culinary, Stewarding, Front Office, and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest service.

• Collect trays, trolleys, and service equipment from guest corridors and rooms in a timely manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, pantries, and equipment.

• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the hotel's point-of-sale (POS) system where applicable.

• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally, escalating concerns to supervisors when necessary.

• Follow hotel policies and procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety.

• Support operational needs during peak periods and assist other Food & Beverage outlets when required.

What You Bring:

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in in-room dining, restaurant service, or food and beverage operations within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment is preferred.

• Strong commitment to delivering personalized guest service with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely handle food trays, trolleys, and service equipment.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.

• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.

• Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia.

• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
