Job Description:
This role is responsible for the continuous operation and enhancement of business-critical performance management and reporting platforms. The primary focus is ensuring data integrity, supporting timely financial close processes, and delivering reliable management information to stakeholders globally.
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate and maintain enterprise performance management and reporting systems, including hierarchies, dimensions, and user access profiles.
Support month-end close and management information processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data flows.
Monitor data integrity through regular validation checks, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Deliver system enhancements, process improvements, and automation opportunities to drive efficiency.
Liaise with business partners, service providers, and technical teams to resolve issues and respond to queries.
Coordinate change management activities impacting end users and maintain a network of super users for knowledge sharing and best practices.
Essential Experience and Job Requirements
Experience in performance management, management information, or reporting system environments.
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with the ability to investigate data and processes and propose improvements.
Proficiency in enterprise reporting and planning tools (e.g., SAP BPC, or similar platforms).
Solid spreadsheet skills and effective communication and presentation abilities.
Experience working in a shared services or global business services environment is a plus.
Bachelors in Computer Science/Information Technology or Business Administration/Finance
