About the Role
As a Regional Office Sales Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations and growth of an ATS Logistics regional office. This high-impact leadership position combines sales management, business development, recruiting, team leadership, and operations oversight. You will be responsible for driving office profitability, building customer relationships, developing employees, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage office employees while fostering a high-performance culture
- Drive new business development and establish relationships with prospective customers
- Build strong partnerships with operations teams and ATS corporate staff
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members
- Recruit and hire top transportation and sales talent
- Develop local marketing and promotional strategies
- Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with shippers
- Manage customer relationships and resolve service issues
- Deliver sales presentations and close new business opportunities
- Manage and grow a book of business exceeding $1 million annually
- Ensure achievement of office growth and profitability goals
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of management experience
- Transportation industry knowledge and experience
- Strong sales, marketing, and customer service background
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to drive business growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
