Description of Work

The Central Supervisors under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services are responsible for the on-site supervision of the center/campus after 5:00pm, weekends and holidays. They monitor and enforce directly and/or through the chain of command, the observance and compliance of regulations, policies, and procedures. This position serves as the key liaison person receiving and relaying information during their shift and works closely with the Center Director, Program Director, Residential Services Director, and other Department Heads when follow-up and/or clarification of issues are necessary.

Salary Range: $17,885.00 - $26,827.00

  • Ability to handle emergencies and unusual occurrences, strong leadership skills, ability to work with community agencies and management personnel, strong oral and written communication skills, excellent knowledge of Caswell Center policies/procedures, ICF standards, exhibit good interpretative skills.

This Position Is Designated As Mandatory And Must Report Or Stay Over During Adverse Weather Events.

Veteran’s and National Guard Preference
