The firm acts for companies, high-net-worth individuals, family businesses and international referral networks across disputes, corporate, employment, private client and family law. With a clear ambition to take its place among Hong Kong's leading independent practices, the firm seeks a litigation partner to lead its next phase of growth.
The firm's dispute resolution practice has been involved in major complex commercial disputes, and the firm is seeking a lateral partner hire who can originate and sustain a substantial pipeline of new instructions to help enlarge the team — transforming the practice from a capable support function into a flagship, revenue-generating capability.
The successful candidate will lead and build the commercial disputes practice, driving client origination across general commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, while personally managing complex matters through to resolution. They will serve as the public face of the practice and play a central role in shaping the firm's strategic direction.
Candidates should bring an immediate portable book of business ordinarily expected of a top tier domestic law firm practice, together with a strong track record advising on general commercial dispute resolution and arbitration. The successful candidate will be Hong Kong-qualified with the seniority, presence and commercial instinct to operate as a true practice-builder rather than a pure fee-earner.
