- Licensure/Certification:
- State medical license (or eligible for licensure).
- Board-eligible or board-certified in General Surgery (American Board of Surgery).
- Experience: Breast Surgical Oncology fellowship training strongly preferred, or equivalent expertise.
- Technical Skills:
- eClinicalWorks EMR proficiency.
- Advanced breast surgery procedures.
- Soft Skills:
- Multidisciplinary team leadership.
- Patient advocacy.
- Perform breast-conserving and reconstructive surgeries.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for cancer patients.
- Collaborate with oncology, radiology, and primary care teams.
- Document care via eClinicalWorks EMR.
- Mentor surgical residents and fellows (if applicable).
