This is an entry level position. This position consists of unpacking, sorting, separating, washing, drying, electrically/visually testing, stamping, pairing, pack and shipping/receiving of all rubber goods for the Enterprise compliance requirements. This position supports the Rubber Test Lab Technician II in completing the periodic inspection and testing in accordance with the Corporate, and regulatory standards per OSHA, ASTM standards.

Follows direction around meeting work standards and testing standards
Good communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills to clearly articulate business interaction with the internal customer, factory representatives and co-workers
Must report to work on time and able to meet deadlines
Knowledge and ability to utilize computer software programs including Office 365 suite products Excel, Word and willingness to learn internal company applications
Applicant must have a satisfactory safety record, open to adhere to company safe work practices and adopt the safety culture
Lab Work
Basic Qualifications
Highschool Diploma/GED and 1 year of related work experience.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Prior basic knowledge of Utility rubber Personal Protective Equipment Testing with visual inspection, electrical testing, inflation testing experience.
Forklift operation.

Mobility
Field Mobility Classification – Work will be performed in various field locations, as needed, after the onboarding period. However, field employees are required to live within a reasonable daily commute to their assigned work location.
