Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
1. Responsible for project success: Scope, budget, time, quality
2. Set up approximate project team and define project target/deliverables
3. Plan, manage and drive timely completion of project including newpackages & product ramp-up to ensure project success
4. Standard project planning & execution, risk management, and progresstracking & reporting, to ensure project on-time release
5. Plan and execute mitigation for identified/potential project risk
6. Coordinate project team across multiple sites and external partners
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
1. Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical, electrical or electronicengineering or a related discipline
2. At least 10 years working experience in semi-conductor area withASSY/Test knowhow and 6 years project management experience
3. Fundamental knowledge in project management (Planning, risk management,consolidation, negotiation, strategic thinking, etc)
4. Good presentation skills
5. Good oral & written English for cross-site communication
