About Us

SynergenX-Low T Center is a leading provider of hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services. As we continue to expand our clinical offerings and remotely managed care services, we are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing team.

Our providers work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment using proprietary treatment protocols designed to improve patients' quality of life.

Position Overview

As a Mid-Level Provider, you will collaborate with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to deliver comprehensive patient care through hormone replacement and targeted wellness programs, including:

• Hormone Replacement Therapy
• Weight Management
• Sleep Apnea Management
• Hypertension Management
• Low Libido Treatment

You will also assist with clinic operations and support the overall success of your assigned location. This position is based in the San Antonio region, with providers working primarily out of our New Braunfels and Sonterra clinics. Occasional coverage at other San Antonio-area locations may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (required)
• Current DEA registration (required)
• At least 1 year of clinical practice experience
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
• Availability to work during clinic operating hours (see schedule below)
• Ability to work 2 Saturdays per month (additional incentive pay provided)

Hours of Operation

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month; 3 Saturdays during five-week months)

Training

• Paid two-week training program (10 consecutive business days)

Compensation

• Base Salary: $130,000 annually
• Saturday Pay: $400 per Saturday worked, with the opportunity to earn up to $10,400 annually in additional compensation
