What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly and attentive service to Members and guests
- Learn the menu and confidently make food and beverage recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar team
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and organized
- Anticipate Member needs and deliver exceptional hospitality
- Address and resolve concerns in a professional manner
- Help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
