Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors
- Mount, balance, and install tires safely and efficiently
- Perform brake inspections and basic brake services
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the shop
- Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs as needed
- Operate shop equipment and tools in accordance with safety standards
Requirements:
- Prior automotive service or lube technician experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- ASE certification a plus, but not required
