Heartline Staffing is recruiting an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient opportunity in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide care to patients of all ages with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, patient education, and consistent team-based care. The provider will work alongside an experienced clinical support team and have dedicated administrative time built into the daily schedule.

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday schedule
• No weekends
• 7 clinical hours per day
• 1 hour of dedicated administrative time daily
• Minimal after-hours on-call responsibilities by phone only
• One late clinic shift approximately every 6-7 weeks
• Average patient volume of 15+ patients per day

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Deliver preventive care and routine health services
• Manage chronic medical conditions
• Provide patient education and ongoing health guidance
• Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain consistent, patient-centered care within an outpatient setting

COMPENSATION
• Base salary: $125,000-$140,000 annually
• Student loan repayment up to $50,000
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000

Requirements

Requirements
• Active Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years of Family Nurse Practitioner experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable providing care to patients of all ages REQUIRED
• Experience managing chronic conditions and providing patient education
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based outpatient care environment
• Strong commitment to consistency and patient-centered care
