As an Employee Benefits Analytics Consultant, you'll use data and technology to help shape risk management strategies for clients and prospects. You'll turn benefits plan data into useful insight, support plan design decisions, and help clients understand plan performance through clear reporting.
How you'll make an impact
- You'll analyze benefits plan data to identify population risk, financial trends, and utilization patterns. Using predictive modeling tools, you'll help prepare financial forecasts and build databases, data collection systems, and analytics processes that improve efficiency and quality.
- You'll also support sales and prospecting efforts in the Large Group Practice. That includes presenting plan performance reports to clients on a scheduled basis, reviewing current product results, looking at market options, and sharing customer experience insights.
- You'll work with clients and colleagues to set clear timelines and keep work moving. The role includes travel of up to 10%, with client and prospect meetings, plus time in the office for planning, preparation, and training as needed.
About you
You'll need:
- A bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience.
- Advanced English level.
- An understanding of the main challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends
- Experience building client relationships and presenting information clearly in meetings or presentations
- Experience with analytics tools, predictive modeling, databases, or data collection systems
- The ability to manage several projects at once while keeping work accurate and on time
- Problem solving skills that help you find and fix issues quickly
- 2 to 3 years of brokerage or agency experience, which is preferred
