What is the mission of the role?
The role of the Quality Assurance Specialist focuses on maintaining and continuously improving the Quality and Environmental Management System, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards as well as product and process requirements.

The position involves managing training procedures and proposing improvements, delivering initial and ongoing training sessions related to Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO standards, as well as coordinating internal audits. The role also includes monitoring equipment verification and calibration processes and ensuring that customer requirements are consistently met throughout operations.

Additionally, the role involves managing manufacturing documentation, ensuring full batch traceability, verifying batch records and supporting the product release process. You will contribute to updating procedures, maintaining document inventories and actively supporting the development of the quality and environmental management system.

And also…
You hold a university degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in production or quality areas. You have knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and are familiar with standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. You demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with specific technical documentation.
